  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Running online chat conversations
    • Handling inquiries via the contact form
    • Providing ordered services
    • Presenting offers or information
  6. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are subsequently entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods used by the Operator

3. Hosting

  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting provider maintains server-level logs. These logs may include:
    • Resources defined by the URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),

    • Time of sending the response,
    • Client station name – identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
    • Information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    • The URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed via a link,
    • Information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • Diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrators on the site,
    • Information related to the handling of electronic mail addressed to and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • The hosting company (on the basis of data processing entrustment)
    • Online chat solution operators
    • Authorized employees and associates who use the data to fulfill the website’s operational goals
    • Companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them as defined by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). Regarding marketing data, the information will not be processed for more than 3 years.

However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
  5. Complaints regarding the Administrator’s actions can be filed with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website’s services.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing purposes by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

  3. In some cases, the Website may save information that facilitates linking data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

7. Essential Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) knows that a person registered with them is using the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.

8. Information about Cookies

  2. Cookies are IT data, specifically text files, stored on the Website User’s end device and intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
