First and foremost, we work as a team. We develop projects using the technology preferred by the Client, or we offer our expertise to help choose the most suitable one.
It is crucial for us that the final product meets all of the Client’s expectations. That is why we place great emphasis on thorough needs analysis and close cooperation throughout the project lifecycle. For these reasons, we embrace the AGILE philosophy (see diagram), which allows us to deliver the product continuously. This enables the Client to evaluate our work in real-time and verify project assumptions as we go. As a result, there is always time to implement changes—and the earlier, the better.
